The Buyer is responsible for transfer fees. The Buyer is responsible for Electric and water meter. The Buyer is responsible for Sinking fund 500 Baht/Sqm. The Buyer is responsible for Maintenance Fee 40 Baht/Sqm. (2 Year Advance) The Above price list is subject to unit availability and may change without prior notice. The Project reserved the right to not return the booking fees due to the failure of the Buyer for whatever reasons.
